Script
“Thank you for calling Cramp & Mullaney. I can hear this is a difficult time, and we help people through exactly this every day. So I can point you to the right specialist, may I ask a few short questions? … Based on what you have told me, the right next step is a consultation with one of our family specialists. I can book that for you now — would tomorrow morning or afternoon suit you better?”
